OH Real Estate – Oasis Horizon Real Estate is a Dubai-based real estate advisory company founded by Giuseppe Bianchi and Sabina Cipolla, Italian entrepreneurs who chose the UAE as the place to live, invest and build their business.
We operate across Italy and the United Arab Emirates, combining a direct presence in the UAE with privileged access to Italy’s luxury real estate market through our partnership with Luxforsale, one of Italy’s leading luxury real estate hubs, connecting a qualified network of professionals and exceptional properties across the country.
In the UAE, we identify and assess investment opportunities across both the off-plan and secondary markets, applying an analytical approach focused on market fundamentals, developer strength, entry price, demand, yield potential and capital appreciation.
In Italy, we operate across the prime and ultra-prime segments, providing access to exclusive properties and selected off-market opportunities, from prestigious residences to the rarest trophy assets.
Our role goes beyond traditional real estate brokerage. We advise our clients throughout the selection, assessment and acquisition process, coordinating the real estate, legal, tax and financial aspects of each transaction through a network of specialised professionals.

Originally from Puglia, I spent many years in Rome, where I earned a degree in Management Engineering.
After completing an MBA at SDA Bocconi in Milan, I worked as a strategic management consultant for major companies before pursuing an entrepreneurial career, first in Italy and later in Dubai.
Today, as Co-Founder of OH Real Estate – Oasis Horizon Real Estate, I bring together my background in strategy and management with my experience as an entrepreneur and real estate advisor, applying a structured, analytical and highly personalised approach to every client relationship.
I am also a certified mental coach, a background that helps me look beyond the transaction itself: understanding each client’s real objectives, bringing clarity to complex decisions and building strategies that remain aligned with their goals over time.
Sabina Cipolla

Born in Frosinone, I earned a degree in Economics and Business from Sapienza University of Rome.
After gaining experience in auditing and financial administration, I chose to pursue an entrepreneurial career, first in Italy and later in Dubai.
Today, as Co-Founder of OH Real Estate – Oasis Horizon Real Estate, I oversee the post-acquisition journey, ensuring that every property moves seamlessly from completion to its intended use. My role encompasses snagging, furnishing, rental setup, property management and the coordination of specialised local partners.
My approach is built on precision, organisation and attention to detail, because I believe a real estate investment does not end with the acquisition. In many ways, that is where it truly begins.
